The event will be titled "Joso: Update your everyday disaster prevention knowledge!" and will run from 24.12.14 (Sat) to 25.01.31 (Fri).

- Open the dedicated map "Trip Around Joso".
- The "Trip Around Joso" map features many local spots in Joso, the stage.
- Choose a spot that interests you from the spots and head there.
- There is no designated route to the spot. Head there along a route you like.
- If you are unsure of the way, use the navigation function ("Go here" from the spot).

- You can use the points you earn to enter a prize draw.
Mission Points
- Some spots have "missions" set up, and you can earn additional points by answering "disaster prevention quizzes (by scanning QR codes)."
Notes
- You will need to register as a "Map Life" user (free of charge) to participate in the event.
- You will also need the "Map Life" app, so please install it (free of charge) from the appropriate store (App Store, Google Play).

This event is free to participate in.
However, you will need to cover your own expenses for food and drink, transportation, facility fees, etc. when completing missions or making detours.

- I can't check in even though I've arrived at the spot.

You may not have reached the GPS range for check-in.
The check-in function uses the GPS.
Please turn on the GPS function on your smartphone beforehand.
The "Check-in" button will become available when you arrive at the GPS detection area of the target spot.
Tap the "Check-in" button to check in.
If you are still unable to check in, please take a screenshot of the map screen including your current location at the spot in question without checking in, and then continue with the event.
After that, please send the screenshot you took to the message board within the app.
Points will be added as soon as the secretariat has confirmed it.
- The app stopped working while I was using it.

You can apply points at a later date. However, you can apply until 17:00 on January 31, 2025, when the event period ends.

Points will only be added once for both check-ins and missions throughout the event period.
You can check in multiple times in the system settings, but no points will be added from the second time onwards.
- Is there an expiration date for the event?
- The period for exchanging earned points (for prizes) will be from December 14th to January 31st (Friday) 17:00.
