- Open the dedicated MAP "Trip Around Joso".
- The "Trip Around Joso" MAP features many "Insta-worthy" local spots in the "Joso" stage area.
- Select a spot that interests you from the map and head there.
- There is no specified route to the spot. Please proceed along your preferred route.
- If you are unsure of the way, please use the navigation function (Select "Go here" from the spot).

※Since location information using GPS is used, there may be a slight error between your current location and the spot's location. Please move so that your current location overlaps with the spot's location on the map.

- Is there a participation fee?
- This event is free to participate in.
However, please cover your own expenses for food, transportation, and facility usage fees when touring the spots or making detours.
- I don't know how to use the app.
- Please check the "App Operating Instructions" posted on the official website.
- I can't check in even when I arrive at the spot.
- It is possible that you have not reached the GPS range where check-in is possible.
The check-in function uses the GPS feature.
Please make sure your smartphone's GPS function is turned ON.
The "Check In" button will become pressable once you arrive at the GPS detection area of the target spot.
Tap the "Check In" button to check in.
If you still cannot check in, please continue the event without checking in at that spot, but take a photo of the spot.
Afterward, please send the photo of the spot to the message board within the app.
Points will be added by the secretariat once confirmed.
- The app stopped working while I was using it.
- If the app does not start, please try restarting your device.
If it still does not start, please reinstall the app.
※Before reinstalling, please make a note of your "Login ID" and "Password".
If the app cannot be launched, you cannot continue the event.
If you are able to resume later, you can start from where you left off.
- My smartphone battery ran out and I can't use the app midway.
- We strongly recommend carrying a mobile battery.

- I don't know how to exchange points.
- You can check your current earned points on the points page within the app under "Point Confirmation".
- Do I have to exchange points on the day I participated in the event?
- Point exchange is possible on a later date. However, exchange is possible until January 31st, when the event period ends.
Please note that exchanges will not be possible after that date.
- Can I combine points from multiple smartphones?
- Points cannot be merged or combined.
They are added and used separately for each smartphone.
- Can I make detours to spots other than the designated ones?
- There is no problem.
Please find the charm of Joso while touring the spots.
- The screen is blank and I cannot post/read photos.
- This occurs if photo usage permission is not granted to the app.
If your device settings > Map Life > Photos is set to "None," please change "Photos" to "All Photos" and try again.
- Can I only check in once per spot? Also, is a second check-in possible on a different day?
- Point addition from check-ins is only once throughout the event period.
Although the system allows for multiple check-ins, points will not be added after the second time.
- Is there an expiration date?
- The period for exchanging earned points (for prizes) is from December 13th to January 31st (Sat) 18:00.

- Please note that you cannot apply retroactively.
- You can participate in this event multiple times during the holding period (no re-entry required).
- The content of this event may be changed or ended without prior notice.
- This event may be suspended or canceled even within the holding period due to system failure, maintenance, or other reasons.
Event Participation Terms and Conditions
- 01 I agree to follow all regulations, rules, and instructions set by the organizer, and to handle any accidents that occur during this event and its associated activities at my own responsibility, and I swear not to blame or hold the organizer, administrator, participants, or related parties responsible, except in cases where the accident is attributable to the organizer.
- 02 I will adhere to traffic laws and regulations, including the Road Traffic Act, and prioritize safety while participating in this event.
- 03 I will immediately comply with the organizer's instruction to cancel the event if it is determined that participation is difficult. I will also follow other instructions from the organizer regarding safety management and operation.
- 04 I am aware that the organizer does not provide insurance to compensate for accidents, injuries, or infectious diseases contracted during the event, and I will purchase insurance myself if necessary.
- 05 I take full responsibility for my personal belongings and equipment, and I swear not to hold the organizer, other participants, or general visitors responsible for any loss or damage thereof.
- 06 I agree that no objection will be raised if this event is canceled, changed, or interrupted due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, such as strong winds, heavy rain, snow, earthquake, other adverse weather conditions, accidents (including changes in the surrounding environment or social conditions), or requests for self-restraint of event holding from the government or local public bodies.
- 07 I agree that the organizer will not bear the costs of travel or accommodation even if the event is canceled or changed for the reasons mentioned above.
- 08 I consent to the free use of my photographs and videos by the organizer on media such as broadcasts, websites, printed materials, and SNS accounts related to this event, and for advertising future events.
- 09 I consent that the personal information acquired by the organizer, co-organizers, and related organizations in this event will be used for the purpose of improving services for event participants, such as notifying participation guidelines, related information, next event guidance, confirmation contact, provision of services from sponsors/cooperators/related organizations, and record announcements.
- 10 My family, relatives, guardian (if the participant is a minor), and accompanying members have consented to my participation in this event and these terms. If I am a minor, I will participate with the consent of my guardian.
